Successful annulment petition of a conviction decision of the Tri-member Criminal Court of Syros, by which persons were convicted for violation of the provisions of labor law and in particular non-payment of severance pay due to retirement to nine employees. Lack of reasoning of the decision. Adequate facts (i.e. articles of association, Resolution of the Board of Directors, issue of the Government Gazette concerning the appointment) from which the petitioners’ position could be concluded were not presented. It is only stated that one is the CEO and the other the President, without specifying how the power of representation comes from them.
